Indiana College English Association (ICEA) is a professional organization equally dedicated to scholarship and teaching. One of 14 regional affiliates of the College English Association, the ICEA welcomes faculty, students, independent scholars and creative writers who are interested in contributing to scholarship, teaching, and literary culture.
ICEA has been hosting an annual conference since 1935. The conference is a supportive opportunity to network with colleagues and to present and hear the latest research in English Studies.
ICEA invites college, community college, university professors, undergraduate and graduate students, independent scholars, and writers to join ICEA. You do not need to be a resident of Indiana to become a member of ICEA.
We were grateful to be involved in planning and implementing Indiana University's Academies Symposium--a fully online, interdisciplinary event that took place in April 2021!
We hosted three excellent panels that explored ICEA's impact on teaching at the college level in Indiana. Many of our colleagues participated! If you want to learn more, head to the Symposium website.
